SERVICE ADVISOR FOR GO VAUXHALL WEDNESBURY

GO Vauxhall Wednesbury are looking for an experienced and skilled Service Advisor to join our fantastic team!

Purpose of Job

To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner maintaining the highest standards of Customer Service.

To organise the loading of the workshop in such a manner that ensures efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.

To carry out customer follow up and prospecting activities co-ordinated with the Service Manager to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.

Job Content

To receive customer bookings and plan customer arrival times.

To establish customers onward travel arrangements and offer service loan car facility, courtesy transport or collection and delivery facilities.

Ensure adequate insurance in force for all loan vehicles.

Ensure accurate completion of loan vehicle agreement including customer signature.
