*Money back guarantee is only eligible on GO Express service bookings pre-booked with a GO Vauxhall service department. The full balance of your invoice can be claimed back in instances where the service department overruns against your scheduled appointment time of one hour for a service and does not cover a combined service and MOT booking. Excludes wash and vac. Money back guarantee will only be honoured in instances where customers turn up at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment arrival time and does not apply in instances where additional authorised work is sold in addition to a GO Express service. Time limit commences from the point of vehicle handover with a Service Advisor and is logged at the time of arrival on your vehicle’s job card. All customers must report to the service reception desk to check-in their vehicle and time stamp the start of their Express service. Time limit ceases at the point of vehicle handover and customers must be within the Service lounge, unless otherwise agreed with the Service Manager.

Exclusions apply for conditions out of GO Vauxhall’s control including delays due to; fire, flood or other natural disaster, terrorism, strikes, riots, power cuts, software or system failures, modifications made on the vehicle, vehicles over 3,000kg and unforeseen circumstances beyond GO Vauxhall's control, including seized bolts.
