GO Vauxhall Chislehurst are looking for a new Sales Administrator to join their fantastic teams!
Purpose of Job
To assist the Sales Manager and Sales Consultants/Business Managers.
To ensure the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles for the Dealership Sales Department within defined operational policies.
To look after the Sales Executives allocated to you. Ordering of new vehicles as per instruction.
Set up vehicle on computer system. Create file for vehicle. Let Sales Consultant know arrival of vehicle and allocate a registration number. Raise job cards. HPI used vehicles. Tax new and used vehicles. Issue OSC on completion of new vehicle sale. Invoicing new and used vehicle sales, creating any part exchange details. Arrange vehicle funding for used vehicles, and remove from funding when sold. Arrange cheque for finance settlement. Issue Network Q Warranty for customer. Split files making sure all relevant documents as per company requirements are in the vehicle file for audit purposes, scanned onto the computer system and filed in locked cabinets. On completion of vehicle’s sale ensure routing of documentation to all appropriate departments.
To ensure that vehicle deal profits are accurately recorded and agreed.
To assist with any vehicle administration required by your Sales Manager or Consultant.
To comply with all the Quality Standards agreed within the Company and to have personal responsibilities for the application of the dealership’s established Policy and Procedures at all times.
To familiarise yourself with current marketing campaigns and audit requirements.
To maintain good working relationships with all other staff and to provide cover for other staff in the department in the event of holiday and sickness.
To ensure that the tidiness and security of the sales admin department are maintained and all quality records are maintained securely. To maintain own manner and appearance in order to present the best possible image. To ensure that all guidelines and regulations on health and safety are followed.
To carry out any further duties within capabilities when requested by management. These may include working outside normal hours.
